The idea to start Perth Chef Hire and our own catering company was well under way before Ashlee and I were invited to a friend's dinner party catered by a local personal chef hire service in Dunsborough. A few years after that fateful night, I was working for a competitor private chef hire company in the Perth Metro Area and thought it was about time. So the decision was easily made that Ashlee and I had something unique to offer the people of WA.
